Not a hitch...Sara at On the Water in Maine was wonderful! All calls were returned promptly and we were dealt with in a very professional way throughout.

Lovely spot...the beach was a huge plus. Since we were at a family reunion we didn't spend a ton of time there, but the time there was great. All the amenities were nice, and it had a family feel.

On the Water in Maine was very helpful and accommodating when we were booking and then when we needed to make changes.

The house was beautiful and sunny with plenty of big windows to see the beautiful bay when we were not outside enjoying the great outdoors. The location of the property was perfect. It was on a peninsula jutting into the bay which allowed for privacy and complete quiet.

Lakewood Cottage is an excellent lakefront property for two people. Amazing views, the right amenities, easy access for a canoe, and everything was there that we needed -- kitchen and bath well-stocked, very good Internet access. We definitely would rent Lakewood Cottage again!

We were responded to promptly & positively when we were unable,to find THE LOBSTER POT ......which was,waiting for us at day's end- on the kitchen counter......we had just not seen it hidden deep in a corner kitchen cabinet!!!

Lovely,clean,as pictured property.We enjoyed walking down the hill daily to shop & dine, with unending views.

Very nice property. The lake was so peaceful and calm, we felt like we had it all to ourselves. Quantabacook is a hidden treasure. Excellent kitchen and dining area and the beds were super comfy.

We found On the Water in Maine very easy to work with. Their suggestions are what lead us to the Midocy Cottage after describing to them what we were looking for.

Our favorite feature of the Midocy cottage was the great outdoor space provided by the wrap around deck. We simply lived out there. There was always a great breeze and because of it's elevation we had a commanding view of the lake at all times.

On the Water in Maine was awesome. I had changes in who was coming on vacation and they were very attentive and understanding with all the changes.

We enjoyed the playground perfect for our 3 year old. The pond was also amazing and we loved how close it was to the beach and towns. Also the house had everything available from paper plates to trash bags.

As always, On the Water in Maine was great!

House is large and we-equipped generally. Two upstairs wings allow quiet and privacy . The grounds are expansive and lovely.

We LOVED the lodge, here are some reasons why: Gourmet kitchen with a huge sub-zero refrigerator/freezer, Viking stove with 6 burners, 2 wall ovens, microwave, ice maker, trough sink, island with sink, flat screen TV, tons of dinnerware/silverware assorted glasses GREAT room with fireplace, big flat screen TV, billiards table Bar area complete with mini-refrigerator, wine refrigerator, ice maker, sink, dishwasher, another flat screen TV Central AC throughout the entire building, with individual thermostats in each bedroom and the main rooms in the lodge Non-smoking house some of us are allergic to smell of smoke Six nice size bedrooms with en suites and flat screen TV in each Keyless entry to the lodge and the 2 bedrooms facing the pool makes for easy entry, no more looking for the keys Covered deck with large propane gas grill, mini-refrigerator, bar chairs, Adirondack chairs, Pool was great Water pressure was strong, even when multiple people were taking showers Great that user manuals were handily available. We had to program the dishwashers to ignore that there was no rinsing agent. The dishwasher wouldn't start with this error. We did as requested and reprogrammed it back to "normal".

This was an awesome property! We loved the views from the deck as well as the flower gardens! The house was perfect in every way!

The apartment we rented was perfect. We could not think of a single thing that was wrong with the property.

We had one night that was unseasonably cold (50s) and stormy. Justin, from On the Water in Maine, called to see if we were OK in the house as it has no heat and if there was anything we needed. That's above and beyond service!

Marshall Point Cottage was lovely. A short walk to the lighthouse after a dinner on the deck oceanside - what more could you ask for. Kitchen was well supplied.

Very easy to work with. A problem with upstairs bathroom plumbing/drainage was solved quickly.

Beautiful house, location and street. A very 'homey' feel. Comfy beds, lovely sun room and especially love the kitchen. Very nicely stocked home as well - kitchen supplies, pillows, extra blankets, just nice touches for a home away from home. Really loved it. Only fault - disappointing garden. Great space but notice planting. My husband and I are both professional gardeners and own a greenhouse and thought of several plants, very low maintenance, that would work well there, for many years. A small complaint!

The swimming dock and lake access is the favorite part for us.

OTWIM is great. We have used them for our vacation rental for two years in a row and don't have plans to seek properties through anyone else.

Candy cove cottage was beautiful. The views from this property are phenomenal! Loved going to sleep at night listening to the waves! Can't wait to go back!

On the Water in Maine were simply excellent in all respects. I was really impressed with all aspects of their service.

Schooner View was wonderful! Well furnished, spacious and very well equipped, with a great view of Camden harbour. The owners had clearly thought hard about their guests. The only thing we couldn't find in the kitchen was the equipment with which to eat lobster (although there is a recipe for cooking lobster in the apartment)!

Captain's Catch has the most amazing kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook some amazing meals. The grill and deck was comfortable for eating meals as well as reading. We only ate two meals out in the harbor. The decoration and furnishings were just beautiful!
