On the Water in Maine was great to work with -- very responsive and clear. They facilitated a wonderful stay for us.

Our stay at With-Thee-By-the-Sea was outstanding! We loved the house and its location. It was the perfect size for our family and we loved the proximity to the water and the shared dock. It was in a lovely community and close to everything we wanted to see. We would love to come back.

We love this house for use with young kids. It is super quiet. There is plenty of room to play inside and out. The kitchen is great. Of course the location and the pond/dock/float are amazing.

Your agency was great to work with. Everything was done electronically including agreements and payments- worked very well for us. The agency communicated with us very well - clear instructions from agreements to driving instructions and everything in between. The check-in and check-out was extremely easy- very nice system.

We absolutely loved the house we rented in Maine. The front and back yard were great for our kids to run around. Our kids loved the play structure in the backyard and the hammock in the front yard. We spent a lot of our time in the yard and on the deck- the views were fabulous. The house was well maintained with all amenities that we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped- we were able to cook-in most of the week. Overall, our family had a wonderful time.

Summer vacation for just me and my 11 year old. This property was incredible! Wonderful views of the lake and so peaceful. The best of both worlds fresh water at your back door and the rocky coast a short drive away. Every thing we needed was close by when I could get my son off\out of the water! House was better then I expected; clean, comfortable and well stocked! This was a hard property to leave. Best vacation in years!

The home is beautifully done. I loved sitting in the window seats and reading. The beach has an incredible sunrise. My favorite thing was walking on the beach in the morning. The owners home was closer than we expected and the yard is shared with the owner. The owner was very pleasant. While the yard was not an issue for us, it was a suprise, how close the homes were.

All of our contact with On the water in Maine was professional and easy. The check-in and check out process was effortless, and when we had to report minor storm damage to the house, our agent was calm and efficient, and a note was left on the door that it would be fixed that day.

We loved our week at Pausa Les Cua in Stockton Springs, Maine. Sunrise on the deck was stunning, and the stillness in the mornings and at night made for a very restful stay. The house and property were inviting and made us feel at home immediately. The up-to-date features combined with the old-fashioned feel to the house made for a very friendly atmosphere. All of our needs and wants were anticipated.

Secluded, quiet, lovely views,amazing sunsets. Great screened room to enjoy outdoors and foil the bugs. Very tastefully decorated. Good information about local activities/services. Drive to all services, but a great area.

Place was beautiful. It was well stocked and very clean. Lake was beautiful. It was quiet. As Kayakers we felt safe because there was little power boat traffic.

OTWIM has gotten our repreat business because they are a quality agency that is customer orientated to the max. We've rented homes in the past directly from owners and it can be very variable as to what each owner does or provides to their renters. We know that OTWIM has high standards and that there won't be any issues with properties we rent through them. We have only had one issue on arrival in five years of using OTWIM and with one phone call, Justin was there to correct it immediately. What service!

This is the fifth year we have rented this property and we keep coming back for a reason. It's got great ocean frontage with a huge deck and small beach for swimming, it's very private and it's also close to town. With two couples staying here and the cottage actually two houses joined into one, it makes for great space when either couple wants to be on their own.

You are very kind and courteous. Excellent to renters both new and experienced. Your website is very helpful and easy to manage.

The view from the porch says it all! Once you step out there you don't want to leave. Very cozy cottage, comfortable and well equipped.

Loon Landing is the best! Provides all of the comforts of home plus the solitude of really being out in the woods. The loons woo you to sleep at night. If you want to visit a quaint village for some "home cooking" and crafts or visit the coast for some ocean air and seafood it's all there. Our fourth year at this property. We will be back!

On the Water was very impressive and quick to respond.

We loved seeing personal touches in the decor. Gave the place a homey feel. The sound of the loons was incredible. The lake is not overly populated keeping the tranquility of the lake.

We were very pleased with the staff at On the Water in Maine. Everyone was very responsive regarding everything from initial questions regarding the house before we decided to rent it, to help with details on bedrooms, baby furniture rental, directions to the house, check in, check out, etc. They even installed shades in a few rooms before we arrived since we were concerned about the sunrise awakening us early. It was a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beachcomber. It is very nicely situated in Harpswell on the water, private (not on the main road) but close to several restaurants, shops, Brunswick, and other coastal attractions. The house is just as nice as it appears in photos on the website; very nicely decorated and maintained, very clean and well designed. The construction, fixtures, and furnishings are really solid and high quality. We loved the screened porch, 2 balconies overlooking the water, large fenced yard, and multiple living areas which were great for 3 generations of our family. Everyone had their own space, and plenty of space to come together as well. We feel really lucky to have found the Beachcomber; it was perfect for our family vacation. Bonus: there's a porcupine that visited the yard a few times. We had a great time watching him/ her eat the flowers on the clover.

Excellent from start to finish. You guys at On the Water in Maine think of everything. We had a small issue with a fan not working in the bedroom our first day and I was really impressed with how quickly it was repaired. Thanks for everything.

The house was spotless and extremely comfortable. I can't think of a single thing it was lacking. Our favourite part was the fantastic porch.
