Very professional and easy to work with!

This is an agency that clearly cares about everyone's experience. I had no problems whatsoever with the process, and communications were thorough and timely. The only thing I wish I had realized earlier was that you also rent paddleboards. (We rented from another place, but it would have been easier to just have them as part of the house rental. We had a great stay at White Pines. The house is spacious and comfortable and the new kitchen is very nice and well equipped. The best thing about it, of course, is the location on the lake, with plenty of yard to run around in, a nice dock to launch boats and swim from, a great outside stone fireplace for toasting marshmallows, and a deck if you just want to sit and take in the views from above.

I've been hesitant to reply with comments regarding our stay at Arey Cove Farmhouse for fear that this gem of a property will be discovered and booked for eternity! The Arey Cove Farmhouse has been lovingly restored and is absolutely charming perched atop a hill overlooking the serene Arey Cove. We have daughters,age 9, who found limitless activities at and around the house. Favorites included: pogo sticking down the hill, biking to the nearby beach, exploring, playing ping pong, four-square and basketball in the red barn, playing in the upstairs loft, and reading. Nearby hikes, and daily trips to the ice cream shop were equally as exciting. We could have stayed forever. Sincere thanks to the owners of the Arey Cove Farmhouse for opening up their home for all to enjoy.

This is our second time renting with On The Water in Maine. It is seamless, hassle-free and we've never been disappointed in any way.

We love the house! The deck overlooking the water is wonderful and flexible if it rains. The pool is great and we used it every day. It is a very comfortable house and we will recommend it to our friends.

The agency was very easy to work with and very responsive when we had questions or concerns.

The best features of the property were the deck and the pond. Crawford Pond was beautiful and we enjoyed our time there every single day. We sailed, kayaked, fished, and swam when the weather permitted.

Every person that I spoke to at On the Water in Maine was extremely helpful and pleasant.

With-thee by the Sea is a fabulous cottage with an ever better location. The view was incredible and the front porch and dock allowed us to sit and watch the harbor for hours on end.

Very helpful staff. Attend to any issues immediately. Have been renting with OWM for fours years and will continue to do so

Excellent recently built/refurnished house on quiet lake. Lake stocked with fish. House very clean and well maintained. Huge porch for entertaining or hanging during the rain. Will return to this house again

Loon Landing is perfect! This was our second year at this property and we loved every minute of our stay. The view, kayaking on the lake, watching and listening to the loons and the tranquility were amazing!

Working with Justin and his crew was easy and all information was clearly commuincated via email and the property handbook at the house.

Summer Wind is a great home in an amazing location. The view of the harbor is prefect. The Modern kitchen and a great room lay-out made for a perfect stay. Evenings on the deck watching the harbor was peaceful.

Staff at On the Water in Maine, Inc were both professional and courteous.

Short of not being able to gain water access from the shore, our overall experience was great none the less. (This inaccessibility due to the lack of a dock and very muddy shoreline.) However, the interior of this home made up for this. The open floor plan, bath on suite to each bedroom, and floor to ceiling windows on the west side of living area made for a pleasant stay. Oh, and did I mention access to the deck from the Master Bedroom. The water views of Sheepscot River whether at sunrise or sunset, be it inside or on the deck were picture perfect.The grounds were impeccably kept. Though a bit steep from the deck area, there was ample flat surface area perfect for bocce. The fire pit and hammock completed the relaxed vacation experience. Can't say enough positives about the interior. The whitewashed tongue and grooved pine walls brighten those few overcast days we encountered.

The employees at On the Water are extremely pleasant and knowlegable to work with! Every phone conversation or e-mail was very informative and I would highly recommend them!

Very much appreciated the level of communication with On the Water (booking process, before arriving, afterwards). Would definitely use OTWIM again and would recommend them to others.

The setting was wonderful overlooking a beautiful bay, providing amazing sunsets, working lobster wharves nearby. The location was great -- within easy (20 minutes) drives to Rockland, Thomaston and Port Clyde and all they have to offer. The house was very well equipped and very clean, with a few exceptions. The gas grill is pretty cheap and wasn't great to grill on. But these are quibbles and easily fixed. Overall the stay was wonderful. I wished we'd booked two weeks instead of one. Would definitely go back and would definitely recommend.

On the Water is a great company...personable and easy to work with. Everything is clear and communication is good and timely. We had an issue with the lock on the door, and we reached Justin by phone in the evening on the first try. He was there the next morning to take care of the problem.

Our stay was wonderful. The house is clean and comfortable. We love sitting on the deck in the morning watching the sunrise over the water. We appreciate the comfortable seating and the great kitchen. Our only concern is the rising price; it is headed out of our range.

We found that the Ben was very quick to respond to any concerns or questions we had about the property.

The view onto Hobbs Pond is wonderful. It is a calm pond with only a little boat traffic.
