Working with OTWIM is so easy because every facet of the rental process has been well thought out. Necessary information is shared to renters in timely emails, so that the renter really knows at all times what needs to be done and when.

The view from the house is fantastic, whether sitting on the deck or reading from the upstairs living room or waking up to the sunrise in the bedroom.

Very easy to work with. Booking process was very efficient as well as the check-in and check-out procedures.

What a slice of heaven "Our Song" is, could not have been more pleased with our accommodations, kitchen was fantastic, set up for any gourmet! Loved the windows, every view was spectacular!

A very impressive operation, good website,contracts, additional hire, communication and especially the delightful and dedicated Ben, who made us feel very special. We rented a boat through On the Water in Maine as well. Our rental boat did not start out well as there was a problem with the engine, however we phoned in and the next day the delightful Ben solved our problems by bringing a new engine. He was polite, charming and totally committed to the firm. This was over Labor Day Weekend and he made us the priority.

Lakewood cottage has the most fantastic location, view from the cottage straight onto the lake. Waking up in the morning and watching the ducks go past! Beautifully kitted out and very tastefully decorated, just perfect for two people. Plenty of kitchenware and a beautiful kitchen that made cooking a delight. The fishing and swimming in the lake were great, we spent many an hour sitting and relaxing outside and enjoying the peace and quiet.

We had a great time at the property and loved the setting! The house was just big enough for our family and its proximity to the Stover's point beach was great for daily outings!

We rent houses frequently, this is the first time the actual house was better than the photos! Beautiful cottage on a beautiful lake. Peaceful, relaxing. Amazing stars and sunsets steps away from the cottage. Tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. Very comfortable place to stay.

The On the Water staff is wonderful. They do everything possible to make sure you have the best vacation. The booking and check in process is so easy. We appreciated the email that was sent prior to our stay giving us instructions to avoid traffic delays. They also called us while we were in route to the cottage to let us know it was ready and we could check in early.

This was our third vacation at Little Pines cottage. Our most favorite feature of this property is the location. The cottage sits close to the water and the view from the front porch is spectacular. The lake is perfect for kayaking and swimming.

Ben, Justin and company are always super attentive to our needs and requests. You cannot go wrong with this agency. We plan to come back for our fourth season with them next year. 11 stars out of 10! Thanks for everything!

The cottage has been updated with a new entrance, new bathroom fixtures on the first floor, and new flooring. It appears bright and cheery. We enjoyed the new game table! There are many improvements to an already wonderful cottage. The owners are very nice and easy to work with. We love the "old time" feel of the cottage, along with the modern conveniences of a laundry and dishwasher. It is ideal for a big family like ours.

It is a very we'll run family business, very dependable, accommodating, and always there when you need them . If I had a home to rent I would want them to handle it.

This is the first house we rented and have been going back for five years! Love Weeks End!

We loved the cottage. It was so quiet and peaceful, but also within a reasonable drive to many of our favorite places in Maine. Really liked the way the cottage was updated with brand new bathroom and kitchen but without losing the feel of an old Maine camp.

On the Water in Maine is easy to work with, thoroughly professional and works very hard to ensure its guests have a wonderful time. If there is a better agency somewhere, I would be amazed.

This was our third stay at Split Rock, and we love it more than ever. The list of superlatives is too long to mention-- just let it be known that if you have friends and family to entertain, everyone will have a grand time. You can toss rocks into the water, chase geese, build a fairy house, enjoy the gardens-- or just sit back and marvel.

Our experience was good overall working with On the Water in the Maine. The expectations and requirements were laid out from the get go and your company was very straightforward. I very much appreciated all of the emails prior to our stay. They were all very informative.

Beehive Cottage - The view is absolutely spectacular just stunning. We LOVED being in this cottage as much as possible so that we could enjoy the views from the family room and atop the deck off of the master bedroom. I woke many mornings to watch the sunrise from the deck. Just magnificent! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the basement. The ping pong table was a huge hit!

It was exactly what I was looking for and what I expected. Secluded location, peaceful, easy access to water, all the basic amenities needed to live comfortably for a week.

Great cottage! The kitchen is well stocked with ordinary essentials -- salt, pepper, sugar, seasonings, coffee, etc. -- and completely stocked with pots, pans, silverware, knives, plates, and glasses, even martini glasses. The location and layout is perfect fot two couples or a large family. Location is perfect with access to private western facing dock and 300 feet to the General Store, Dip Net restaurant, and the " Barn" -- don't miss it.

On the Water in Maine, Inc. makes every step effortless for the renter. Everyone I have worked with is thorough, knowledgeable and polite. The level of detail and transparency that this company provides is really appreciated, there are never any surprises when you get to your vacation property.

This property was beautiful inside and out. The house was airy and bright with beautiful views of the water and the extensive gardens.

Simple and buttoned up - not much more that I can say! I didn't have much interaction during our stay (other than check-in and check-out) as everything was perfect.

We had an all around incredible vacation, and our rental home played an integral role. The house's greatest asset is it's incredible view of Clam Cove and access to the private beach. My Wife - and by default, me - are avid seaglass collectors and we found some epic pieces on our beach. The location of the home was so close to Rockland, Rockport and Camden that we were never at a loss for fun things to do. And we were right down the road from Maine Meats and Fresh From the Farm - so we always had amazing ingredients right at our fingertips.
