Marshall Point cottage has spectacular views, we fell in love with Port Clyde and the area in general.

We had trouble with the TV remote - a rep drove out 30 min after we called and took care of what turned out to be a simple fix. Really good service from On the Water in Maine.

Ledgelawn's appeal is the location, deep water dock, and pool - coupled with its ability to get both of our families together in one house (sleeps 14) we had 10, and almost all the kids got there own room. Although on the water at Maine doesn't rent boats to this area (salt water near inlet) we did have a boat for the week- and that was by far the highlight of the trip. Being able to walk out on the dock and get on the boat, Tavel to Booth bay, down the River, and around all the islands. The sunset is priceless at this property.

We've rented through the On the Water in Maine agency three times and the experience has always been top notch. We've found the properties to be well maintained and the staff has always been quick to remedy any issues or concerns.

The Jewel is a well maintained, spacious house. We enjoyed the large porch, the fire pit and the small beach across the street. The master bedroom is especially large, with a great view of the bay and Spruce Head Island.

Everything went very smoothly. We appreciate all the communication. Some minor issues in the house the first day were handled very quickly.

On the Water In Maine is a very thorough and well-organized agency. We enjoyed their quick replies to our queries as well as their heads-up re Saturday traffic on Rt 1 around Wiscasset which allowed us to not get stuck when leaving. We will absolutely turn to On the Water in Maine next time we think of vacationing in Maine.

The Cape McKay Cottage in Boothbay Harbor was a most welcoming home to stay in. It felt like a real home with comfortable furniture and beds. Everything we could want in the kitchen, living area, bedrooms, incl. flashlights in every room for emergencies, was there. We also enjoyed the abundance of informative and interesting books and brochures and a variety of music CD's. The second floor deck with a view of the harbor was wonderful.

ON THE WHOLE, WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH EFFICIENCY OF DOING BUSINESS WITH ON THE WATER IN MAINE.

WE VERY MUCH ENJOYED OUR STAY AT SEASIDE. THE UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW TOWARD ROCKLAND HARBOR IS A BIG PLUS FOR THIS PROPERTY. IT'S CONVENIENT TO ROCKLAND, YET VERY QUIET - HARD TO BEAT!

OTWM exceeded my expectations. They were attentive and accessible, focused on our enjoyment of our vacation as much as the property itself.

The interior of the property is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The cottage includes all the kitchen things you are likely to need. The house is sited on a point overlooking the water. The views are great.

Any problems or issues we had were dealt with promptly.

It was important to us that the Waterside Retreat be clean and everything was in working order upon our arrival. On The Water in Maine made this happen. Our stay was perfect!

We love the AC Hopkins in Bayside. We enjoy the fact that there is so much to do near our cottage, Basketball, playground and jumping off the swim pier.

We were pleased with our experiences in working with On The Water.

The cottage is charming, cozy, and nicely decorated... just right for a couple. It is situated close to the river in a lovely, natural setting. There were enough shops and restaurants in Belfast and Northport to meet our needs. We also found the area very convenient for day trips to places like Camden and Bar Harbor. We were very comfortable and happy during our stay. The only (minor) concern that we had was the proximity of the cottage to Route 1 (about 100 feet from the road). The road noise was not an issue at night, and it didn't bother us much during the day. However, the early morning traffic (around 6:00 AM) was a bit louder than we had anticipated. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

All our dealings with your agency were handled efficiently and quickly with a very friendly service.

On the Water in Maine is never a disappointment. The description of the cottages have always been accurate and up to date.

House was lovely, well appointed and very clean. We did rent kayaks from On the Water in Maine and they delivered them to the house. It was a hike to put the kayaks in the water, but we found ourselves only heading to the water at high tide - which was fine. Carrying a kayak over the rocks can be dicey when the tides are lower.

We loved that the house was in walking distance to downtown Camden. We also loved the quiet street it was on just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We loved the cozy feel to the house but it was lacking some staple items like Sugar and some spices. House was very clean when we arrived.

On the Water in Maine works very hard to make the stay perfect.

The house is a warm and wonderful place to stay. It has a strong sense of place with a wonderful view to the bay. It is extraordinarily quiet. All on one floor, it has just enough space for four adults to each do their own activity like reading and just sitting. The lawn to the seawall and bay is just enough to walk out the house to the seawall and have a sense of being in the right place.

OWM was very clear and helpful with communications. Everything worked as they said it would.

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and the tranquility of the location. Loons entertained us every day, as well as other birds. Great fishing, even from the dock. Lake house is very well furnished, as well as beautiful. We wanted nothing more.
