We stayed at Northern Nights from July 30 to Aug 6th. This was out 3rd year at the house and we love it! This year we were thrilled with some of the upgrades to the property and house. The dock was our favorite. The e xtension made it terrific. Also the outdoor furniture was added and the deck tables made outdoor living excellent. Also the rearrangement of rooms worked for us. Also the kitchen was wall stocked.

Even with just a small staff, On the Water meets every expectation of reservations and service a renter could ask.

Vacationland is on one of the nicest ponds in the central coast area, and the house is sweet. We especially enjoyed the deck overlooking the water. While not a necessity, excellent wi-fi was a nice bonus. We hope to return.

4th time we have rented through OTW. Continues to be only agency we will rent through.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Driftwood Cottage! The kids had a great time looking for wildlife, clams, hermit crabs, snails etc.. I enjoyed the peace, tranquility, and beauty!

Great team. Responded quickly when we had questions. Clear directions and responses. Even sent an email warning us about Saturday morning traffic leaving the area.

The house and the setting are picture perfect. Watching the boats go by, swimming off the dock, watching the sun rise, listening to the waves wash ashore all night, and eating lobster fresh off the boat made for a memorable vacation.

You have a very detailed process and it worked well although some of the reminders were a bit much towards the end. I would imagine it is necessary to ensure all goes smoothly and it did so I will say it was a good experience. I would use your services again.

Loved the location, quiet, secluded and right on the water. The cottage was spacious, bright, cheery, beautifully decorated and offered water views from every window. The wrap around deck provided plenty of seating space in or out of the sun. Our only "visitors" were locals, seagulls, Osprey fishing in the waters in front, 2 seal visits, crows, a beautiful bald eagle who flew right over our heads and a hummingbird who "buzzed" us daily. The location was perfect for numerous day trips and I have nightly pictures of the wonderful sunsets. Lovely!

This property provides a beautiful, private location on the water. It's rustic charm is very appealing to those that are looking for a vacation filled with tranquility and nature. We loved all aspects of the property and hope to return!

We loved the house and its proximity to Camden and Rockland. The best was the Rockport Harbor easy walk to a beautiful and peaceful harbor. Beds were comfy and the owners have covered all the bases. They definitely could use a better coffee pot. Everything else. Perfect

The Retreat was perfect for our group of families vacationing in Maine this summer. All the families enjoyed playing pool, shuffleboard, visiting on the deck.

No stone un-turned with OTWIM! They cover everything you need to know and have a very available and helpful staff.

We had an amazing time on Pitcher Pond. The house feels cozy even though it sleeps 8-10 people very comfortably. Hearing the loons call and seeing eagles fly never hurts either. Southern exposure allows for warm days and beautiful sunrise and sunset light. The campfire is perfect for after dinner chats and quiet reflection.

From the beginning of our rental to the end, everything was communicated to us in a very pleasant and friendly manner.

This was our first time to Maine and the first time using On the Water in Maine for a rental. We saw the pictures that were posted for Candys Cove, but until you actually see the house and the neighborhood you're not really sure what you're actually getting. WOW is what we all said. The house is beautifully! We love the extremely large bay windows in the family room/living room. The view is great. Plenty of room for activities and sleeping. We really enjoyed our rental!
