It was a pleasure working with the people from your agency. Everything was done in a most professional manner. All of our contacts with the agency were through emails, and we were provided with all the information that we needed to make this stay uneventful, which is the goal, isn't it?

The Blue Heron rental unit lived up to the glowing description in your advertising materials - that is not always the case, we have found. The house is excellent with a very welcoming open kitchen, dining, and living area with large glass windows across the front facing the water. And then there is the view from the deck, which runs on three sides of the building. The deck is a great place to spend time in the sun and enjoying looking out over the calm waters of the inlet. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Blue Heron.

We had a problem with the TV service and the people at the agency were very friendly and took care of it for us.

We enjoyed our week at Coast Cottage. The views and quietness it offered were terrific. A very comfortable accommodation.

Loved the organized information presented to us every step of the way. On the phone, everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful.

We truly enjoyed the ocean living experience for a week. The amount of windows allowed viewing from everywhere and the morning sun quickly warmed the cottage on the chilly mornings. The house was totally stocked with anything we could want. Everything was in working order.

The Pine Cliff cottage has a great, sweeping view of Boothbay Harbor and Mouse Island. We saw seals a few times at high tide in late September. Bring your binoculars!

Blue Waters is a very beautiful property. It's recent renovation has been completed to the highest standard possible. Tastefully furnished and decorated in cool coastal colours, it captures and exceeds all that could be expected from a house in such a wonderful location.

In my interactions with your reps, they were friendly, responsive and clear.

The Bar Island cottage is a great location to watch the tides and to kayak in protected waters. Wonderful view from anywhere in the house. At low and mid tide, there is a narrow gravel beach (adjacent to the stone steps to right of cottage) that works to launch a kayak or retriever into the water. The Bar Island cottage is a well designed and well build cottage. It's furnishings are very functional and uncluttered, giving it a feeling of serenity that fits the location. The views of the protected bay are simply great. The kitchen is well furnished and useful. About amenities, as a rural property with satellite internet service, bandwidth has a monthly cap. If prior renters use up the 15 GB monthly allowance, internet service is super slow/ barely useful. Cell phones with hot spot capability work as alternatives. It could be a good idea to give heads up to future renters that bandwidth is likely to be limited in case they count on getting online while on vacation using the property's bandwidth.

Really enjoyed the professional and easy manner to work with OTWIM staff as well as the easy method of booking a reservation. Really really appreciate your outstanding service!

We really enjoyed this property at 1 Crescent Terrace and its' location to Crescent beach and the rest of the costal attractions we visited.

The rental agreement was extremely detailed.

The sunny deck and flower boxes were so inviting as a haven to relax every day seeing the water only feet away. My 90 year old mother took her nap out there while my great niece and nephew, 2 year old and 3 1/2 year old played in the water.

Everything was wonderful.Love the back porch and view. Our two weeks was pure bliss. My family from Georgia were so pleased with the cottage and location.

It was our second time and everything went along smoothly. No complaints.

Probably our favorite home ever in Maine. Just perfect for the two of us. Loved the neighborhood. Spectacular view. Kitchen was very well appointed. Water was good. Private, but not secluded. Very nice linens and towels. Loved all of the small touches like night lights and helpful hints posted about the home. Liked having the keypad vs. a key. The heating/air-conditioning units worked very well. TV was great with plenty of channels. The porch was a favorite spot. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. One complaint is that the bed was not the most comfortable. The mattress needs to be upgraded. Lastly, we felt more firewood should have been provided. We highly recommend Benner's Tree Service for additional firewood.

We loved the quiet location and the amenities in the house especially the washer dryer for all the wet towels and clothes.

We had a lovely three-week stay at Ducktrap Cottage, our third in as many years. The large property is so private, Penobscot Bay is a few beautiful steps away, the towns of Lincolnville, Belfast and Camden are handy for meals out and additional charming villages make delightful and easy day trips.... What more could anyone want? For two people who enjoy living simply, nothing.

We have rented multiple houses from On the Water in Maine, spanning the last 6yrs.or so.This house in Camden and one in Owls head and several on different Lakes with Boats for my daughter & children. Never once has there been an issue that wasn't taken care of immediately-when you call,you get immediate personal service from Justin or Meg.Our vacations are Effortless and their properties all top-notch.I wouldn't rent from Any one else.

This is our 5th or 6th summer in this location. Its very convenient to Downtown Camden and all their events.It overlooks the Harbor and has a secluded back Porch to sit and read or chat. The inside is very roomy and well appointed.

On the Water in Maine is very easy to work with and if there are any concerns, it is easy to get a response from them and they are very welcoming. The material they leave in the rentals is informative even for those of us who are frequent Maine visitors and already have our favorite places.

This is an absolutely lovely place and you cannot ask for a better view...overlooking Rockport Harbor. It is comfortable and decorated nicely and has everything you could possibly need. We loved staying there.

Altus Cottage is an excellent place to stay while vacationing in Maine. The owner spared no expense building or furnishing this home. We have rented this house the last 2 yrs and love it. The view is great, it is perfectly located and is just comfortable to live in. I would recommend this home to anyone to rent for their vacation. You won't be disappointed.

On the Water in Maine was so great to work with. Everyone was super friendly, and answered all of our questions. Justin answered the phone on a Sunday, and we asked a question that he wasn't sure about, and he called back within five minutes! Great agency!!!

Loon Landing was by far the best place we have ever rented. The house was amazing, with an amazing view of the lake, very clean, and very peaceful. I will definitely be returning!

OTWM was always responsive and helpful from the moment I called to make a reservation for next year when we checked out. They are very professional and respect their as well as their renters. Email communication was very efficient and the Property Book included everything we needed to know about the home.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home in Rockport. The setting was perfectly Maine and the well designed home just added to the ambiance. We love to cook and the well equipped kitchen made meal prep very enjoyable.
