Friendly and attentive. On the day we were scheduled to check into our property the area had been hit with storms the night before which knocked out the power. Our property had no electric, cable or washer/dryer. They immediately called and had service restored within hours of our pending arrival. The only thing which was not able to be immediately fixed was the washer/dryer. They apologized for the inconvenience and in turn offered a local laundry mat service and added they would reimburse us for our trouble. With having three small boys, we were very satisfied and gladly accepted the alternative!

Quaint cottage in a quiet setting but still within only minutes to town. Our active family enjoyed the use of the paddle boat, canoe and kayak as well as the firepit very much!

No issues at all, which is a good thing. Everything went smoothly.

We absolutely loved that a floating dock was installed. The cottage overall is exactly what we needed (again).

Working with On the Water in Maine is a pleasure. The employees are professional and pleasant. The attention to detail is commendable. Each year I cannot imagine how they can improve upon the last, but they always seem to do so. We highly recommend using them - it is evident superior customer service is their goal, and they deliver.

Our stay at Camden Casa was relaxing and wonderful. We have stayed several times in the past and with each trip we appreciate more how lucky we are to visit each summer. Watching the sailboats and schooners cruise past as we sit on the deck is an amazing experience. The house is immaculate, the kitchen well stocked with equipment, the beds are comfortable, and the view is lovely. Proximity to the town of Csmden is an added bonus. We cannot think of a better place to unwind and enjoy time together.

The agency was easy to work with and welcoming of questions. We had no issues during our stay but had a 24-hour number in case anything came up. Would happily rent through On the Water in Maine again.

The deck was spacious and comfortable, and the view was even better than expected from the website photos. We loved spending time at the pool, grilling and lounging on the deck, and playing family pool tournaments at night. The separate bedrooms gave everyone lots of privacy, and the kitchen's layout (including two dishwashers!) allowed plenty of space to cook for our group of 9. A really lovely place for a family vacation.

Our family enjoyed this house. The kids loved the path through the meadow and climbing on the rocks along the shoreline. We enjoyed amazing weather the week we were here, which created AMAZING sunsets. The house was very comfortable for our family of 6. We enjoyed the quietness and solitude this property provides. We love carving out time to stop by the office just to say 'hi!' They're all wonderful.

We love Nokomis and think that the location simply cannot be beat! We love the house and its adjacency to the towns of Rockland, Rockport and Camden. We can spend one of our 2 weeks simply sitting and staring out the windows, hour after hour. The deck is wonderful and the chairs sitting on the shore are just lovely. We can sit and watch the sun and moon rise each night- it's devine!

The property was well situated on a beautiful pond with clean clear water. The house was comfortable and very adequately stocked with kitchen items and recreational equipment both indoor and out.

The property on our week-long stay was just as advertised: well-maintained and clean in an attractive and convenient location.

I had a good experience each time I called the agency, on the initial booking, and later when I had some questions. Everyone was knowledgeable, and friendly. The communication via email was clear, and timely.

We found the property's location exceeded our expectations. There is no photo that can do justice to the beautiful view of the bay. We had plenty of room for five adults, yet the cottage feels very cozy. The decor is lovely and reflective of the coastal style.

Maine is our favorite vacation destination, and finding the right vacation home in the right location for our family is very important to me. I worked with another agency for our last vacation and there were glitches in their system which complicated the payment process and other issues which I found to be frustrating. The reservation, contract and payment process with On the Water in Maine was easy and painless. Contact by phone and via email was easy and all interaction was professional and appreciated.

This rental was perfect for our multi-generational family (grandparents, parents and their children). My husband and I (grandparents) had the loft (3rd floor), which was large and spacious and easily accommodated our needs. I was especially appreciative of the very comfortable leather chair and ottoman situated by a large window which overlooked the beautiful ocean view. It was the perfect location to read or to sit in quiet reflection. The queen size bed was very comfortable, and screened windows allowed cool evening air and the sound of the ocean into the loft each night. Our two granddaughters (ages 8 and 3) shared a wonderful children's room with twin beds, while their parents each had a bedroom located in the same hall on the lower level (king bedroom for our daughter and son-in-law, and a double bedroom for our daughter) (1st floor). Both of these rooms overlooked the ocean and had direct access via sliding doors to the lower deck. In addition, we enjoyed the upper deck off the living room (2nd floor). The dining room with a very large table and benches allowed our entire family to enjoy meals and time together. We loved the direct ocean access to explore, the privacy and location, and the spaciousness of the home which was the perfect size for us.

The rental was the perfect size for our needs and we enjoyed the fire pit for roasting s'mores. The view frkm the master bedroom was beautiful and quintessential Maine!

The folks at OTWIM are always very helpful and dedicated to making sure out stay is great. It's well worth going through the agency as opposed to direct owners as all the facilities are ready when you walk in the door and leave. They are very contentious about your stay

We love the house. Fairly new construction and just a Very nice country feel. Grounds are wooded and good for little kids 'exploring'. Looks like a new dock was put in since we stayed at this house 2yrs ago. Would definitely rent here again.

Love the way the history of the house was shared with me. You were honest and did inform me that this was a "destination" house.

Gorgeous view of the bay from every point in the house. Landscaping is immaculate and so relaxing. Love the modern style of the home from the hard wood floors to the high ceilings , clutter free space and high end appliances. Love the art work in the house. Loved the property and house but the location from Booth bay, Portland, Camden and Bar Harbor- so far away. Even though these cities were less than 60 miles from the house, the drive to them took 90-120 minutes due to the hilliness of Maine. Even Rockland was 30-45 minute drive even though it was only 15 miles.

On The Water in Maine was efficient and thorough in booking and checking-in.. They know their business.

AC Hopkins is the old general store and the interior of the house reflects that. The kitchen is beautifully equipped for the cook or baker. The upper floor bedrooms have the nicer views of the water. Unfortunately, the main floor waterfiews are obstructed by the neighbor's large tree. We expected and desired a better waterview. The house is near the town commons which is quintessential Maine beauty with a small harbor with a swimming dock and sailboats. There's also a playground and basketball courts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We love Crockett's beach cottage. We have stayed there for 5 years and look forward to returning next year. The perfect spot to relax!

Rosemoor,specifically,and the Sprague property generally, are the most fabulous locations in Maine. The friendliness of people on the property, the beauty of the surroundings, the beaches and, Oh, the house at Rosemoor - perfect location, perfect amenities, down to the library of books, the bountiful supply of kitchen needs, the comfort of the beds and couches - it's all breathtaking.

With 4 years experience renting through On the Water we have nothing but positive experiences to report. Service has always been courteous and efficient.

The house is modern and in splendid condition. Easy access to the lake with a dock and a float, a great view southward, quiet neighbors, a nice porch and outdoor picnic table and a gas grill Also a stone grill out side and adequate lawn space for the children to run around and do cartwheels.
