The staff at OTWIM was fantastic! Meg was awesome and so accommodating. She explained everything to this 1st timer and made it very easy!

The Aerie Cottage was just beautiful. Loved the "crows nest" second floor master bedroom. The room was completely surrounded with windows that provided spectacular views. It was well furnished and stocked with everything you can possibly need. The property grounds was well taken care of and was very private. Loved the access to the water in front and back of the cottage! The fire pit by the water was fantastic especially during early evening...The Aerie Cottage accepted dogs with was a BIG bonus!

This is our third year renting through On the Water and, true to form, the agency was efficient, friendly and helpful before and during our stay at our rental. Because of personal circumstances, we had to arrive a couple of days late, and very late in the evening, at the start of our two weeks at the cottage, and Justin was helpful and very accommodating in response to this change in our plans.

Bayberry Cottage is the perfect vacation property! We loved the gardens, the location and the thoughtful details for a comfortable stay that the owners have provided. The house is very comfortable ~ even on a rainy day (which we didn't experience the entire two weeks we were there!) when snuggling up on a couch with tea and a good book would be delightful! We toured the Olson property (A. Wyeth fame) while there ~ which is just down the road from Bayberry Cottage. We had our daughter and her husband with us for part of our stay, and they loved the place as much as we did. Thank you for offering this wonderful property for us to enjoy!

Everyone from OTWM was personable and knowledgeable. It felt like I was talking to and old friend every time I called. When I had an issue, the return call was made within 3 minutes. Problem promptly solved. All businesses should be as efficient and pleasant to deal with.

The view. It was all about the view. We arrived with things to do and great aspirations of getting them done. We got nothing done. No complaints. We just couldn't stop soaking up the view. Peaceful, tranquil and always beautiful. We never got tired of the view. We ate at home every night so we wouldn't be away from the view and comforts of home. Wonderful experience. Can't wait to come again.

The agency makes the rental experience fast and easy, and the responsiveness of the team members is noteworthy.

Our second visit to the same delightful property was a most relaxing and enjoyable 14 days. The view from the apartment and its proximity to Camden's downtown and attractions make this a spot to which we expect to return.

The agent was not receptive to our initial comments about the lack of cleanliness of the cottage and the stained linens.

What a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation. We loved the magnificent views, the nice deck, and especially the beach, where we had our morning coffee every day.

We love this house! We rented two years in a row with friends from So. Carolina. This house is solid ,homey, plenty of room ( rarely found 3 beds with 3 bathrooms.). The location is amazing! You an walk to restaurants, pubs, shops and you're a few miles from Camden, Thomaston, Rockport. Easy day trips include Boothbay Harbor, Pemaquid, Wiscasset,Lincolnville among others. You're also close to ferry terminal including Knights dock where you can buy lobsters fresh off the boat! Take those lobsters to Cuzzys in Camden and they'll cook them for $1 each! That's how they support their local fisherman! The house is so convenient yet quiet and serene.

The agency is overall good, which is why this was the 4th house we have rented with OTWIM.

Altus cottage was less than comfortable. While the location was nice, and the gas range in the kitchen made it easy to cook, that is about where it ended. This cottage is obviously for people who don't expect to spend much time there. The living space is tiny, despite the cottage sleeping 8. It is a place to hang your hat while spending time elsewhere.

Great company to work with. They are thorough and make sure they have covered everything.

Beautiful cabin with a wonderful view and location. The cabin was in great shape and was fresh and clean.

The site we originally rented fell thru but On The Water was able to accommodate us with no problem.

The property was fine. It was right on the water which we enjoyed: nice dock and we cooked out on the gas grill almost every night. Excellent location and very quiet. Swimming was also great.

It always starts with the helpful, knowledgeable, friendly people. The reservation process, billing procedure, updates before arriving, and on-site instructions and local information are all thoughtfully presented.

This was our third time to stay at Rockcroft. The home is equipped with every thing we need, and very well maintained. It's hard to say what features are our favorite--however, the view, location, and living accomodations are at the top of the list. Hard to ask for more.

Very knowledgable of the properties. The whole process was easy from start to finish. No hidden costs or fees.

It was the perfect size for our family: 2 adults, a teenager, and grammie. The pond was a nice size for kayaking: smooth water and not a lot of big boats. The deck was a perfect t spot to enjoy coffee first thing in the mornings and a glass of wine last thing at night. It's better than what the pictures showed it to be.

We have used this agency many times and find them thorough, reliable and easy to work with.

This house is a gem! Lift your head from the master bedroom pillow early enough and you are treated to stunning sunrise views. Then rush into the small but very well equipped kitchen to grab a cup of coffee. You have a choice of a great dining room table to catch the rest of the sunrise, or better yet you have a choice of 2 decks plus a dock to catch the rest of the sunrise views. This a fairly private location with fabulous harbor views but close enough to the boothbay harbor action. As other reviewers noted, the bathrooms are small, but the outdoor showers are wonderful.

We use On the Water in Maine because we know we'll get great houses with no problems...it is a safe and secure way to rent vacation houses. They are all very professional and knowledgable and you feel as if you are in good hands.

This was a nice spot, but most impressive was the beautiful house and exceptional kitchen. It was clean, fresh and welcoming. Very quiet and relaxing as well.

The best we've ever had in our 14 years of coming to Maine.

This is our 2nd but not our last visit to the Blue Heron Cottage. It is the most relaxing place looking out over the water. The house is well equipped with all you need for your stay and is close to the mainland for shopping and restaurants.

We called the first morning regarding a minor issue and Justin came and fixed it for us the same day.

Beautiful view of the ocean. The house is full of New England charm. There are lots of windows allowing for great views. Love the porches and fire pit with chairs.

We've been renting through on the water for five years, because we know what to expect and that the homes will all have linens and std kitchen equipment.

We loved the owners collection of books and the view from the home.
