Working with OTWIM continues to be a no-lose experience because of how well the whole process, from e-checks to check-in, has been perfected.

We love the view out over the water to Monroe Island, whether from the deck or the upstairs living room and bedroom. Believe it or not, we enjoy hearing the lobster boats moving out, beginning about 4:45 a.m.! Besides being well-appointed, Juniper Bank is ideally situated for many day trips in the mid-coast region. These are the features we like best about the property.

We have nothing but the best things to say about all of the staff of On The Water in Maine. The entire staff is outstanding, they bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable .

Coming to the same home for 8 years now - I guess that tells you something!

On the Water in Maine makes our annual Maine cottage rental a very easy process. They have the cottage ready when they say they do and prep you for your vacation with very timely email reminders as you get closer to the rental date. You find all pertinent info about the cottage and things to do in a nice folder to reference.

Crow's Nest has THE View of Penobscot Bay! You can see both the sunrise and the sunset from the front porch. Also a great spot to relax and read or go down to the beach just a few steps away. We find Crow's Nest to be what we consider to be the typical Maine summer cottage.

Everything was perfect. We had prompt service on the one time we needed assistance.

We LOVED our vacation at Dunwanderin. From the deck overlooking the river, watching the sun set every night, seeing wildlife and hearing live music from Schooner Landing- everything was perfect. We also enjoyed the location of the house- a quick walk into town and dinner at several restaurants, while also being on the water and the feeling of being "away from it all".

We had a great time. The cottage was quaint and full of character. It was perfect for our family. Setting on the deck looking down at the pond was wonderful. The kids loved the dock and the raft for swimming.

This is our second rental with OtWiM and it was a great experience. The camp we had this time was much better furnished than the one we had in 2013 and I attribute this to OtWiM and what they expect from property owners. Justin was extremely helpful when we called with questions.

Piper Cove is well appointed and furnished Maine camp, and it has a washer and dryer. Right on the water on Quantibacook lake, facing West. Access to the lake is easy via the dock for swimming or boating. We had loons, a screech owl at night and even a pair of bald eagles. Outdoor dining at the table is convenient and we had no bugs. Great screened porch. The camp has recently been totally remodeled making it very comfortable. Internet worked well. The neighbors at the camp next door were great folks and very helpful. Convenient to Belfast, Camden and Bar Harbor.

We have been working with On the Water in Maine for several years now. As always, the rental process was well-explained and efficiently organized.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Lincoln Lookout. it's a peaceful location with expansive views - just what we were looking for!

Every time we called the staff was super nice. They went out of their way to be helpful and answer any questions we had. The guide binder we found in the house was very helpful also.

The house is very well maintained and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed the fire pit. Easy access to the water and beach area was something we enjoyed also.

You won't find a better deck with beautiful water views of Boothbay Harbor anywhere. Very comfortable and charming vintage cottage, well appointed.

OTWIM is the best. Justin and Tiffany run a tight ship and are very serious about customer service. Any questions or the least issue with the property are addressed immediately. What is also nice is that they require that the property owners provide many things that you don't find when renting through individual owners.

We've been renting this house for seven years running now and love it even more than when we first set eyes on it. It's such a great location with an amazing view of the water. It's also very private with a comfortable deck, wonderful outside shower and lovely grounds. Can't wait to come back!

This is our second time staying in an On The Water In Maine Rental and both experiences have been excellent. IF there was a problem response time was short and the problem handled immediately. The staff are very professional and friendly. We will definitely be using your services again!

The view and weather were incredible!!! Deck was lovely and used every night. The kitchen was very well equipped which we loved since we love to cook...especially LOBSTER!

We had a really nice stay and the house was beautiful and in a fantastic location. We loved that the house was on the water but wished we could see it better! Still wonderful to sit outside and listen to the waves. We had an awesome vacation!

Wonderful house. View of Higgins beach so soothing. Ocean beach just two miles away and completely suitable for little children. House was immaculate , filled with light, and very well provisioned. Easy access to farm stands and fresh lobsters. Loved the old fashion Maine feeling to the house.
