Working with On the Water in Maine, Inc. was a pleasant experience. The staff was very personable and accommodating!

Rip's View in East Boothbay is a lovely well maintained cottage. There was plenty of room for our party of 7 and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything was convenient. I had asked if kayaks were available on the property and the woman on the phone said no. We brought our 12 ft kayak on the back of our truck and it stuck out a few feet making it difficult to stop anywhere such as Portland and driving through Boston was a bit hairy. the cottage had several kayaks and a canoe available so we didn't need to bring our kayak after all. Other than that we had no complaints - OTWIM Comment. The canoe and kayaks at the property are the Owners and not included with the rental.

The view of the lake from the cabin was beautiful. My husband and I slept in the boathouse which was right at the waters edge. It was so peaceful with nothing but the sound of the water and loons. We enjoyed kayaking fishing and swimming on the lake. The cottage had a great rustic feel but was clean, well maintained with nice furniture and artwork. It had everything we needed. We went to Belfast and found a few interesting shops and good restaurants. We liked that the area wasn't too crowded or touristy.

Wonderful, relaxed family home with access to water at house! Kids did lots of fishing off the dock. So nice to have the water available for use after a day of exploring the area!

Loved the house and the location. Felt as if we were back in old Maine. Watching the lobster boats coming and going from the porch swing was idyllic.

Very satisfactory arrangements. Easy check in and out, professional cleaning helpful--one doesn't have to carefully clean after oneself.

Comfortable, well-equipped house, two-level (ground floor-first floor). Access to Crockett's beach is a great feature, and there is view of the sea from living-room, front deck, and the bedroom upstairs. Fans worked well, but A/C goes regularly out of function, seemingly out of its own vibrations, and needs to be delicately repositioned to get back into working order--often one just gives up. Better A/C is needed. - OTWIM Comment 8/1/16 - Noted - Requesting a new one from the Owner.

Loved the back porch and the dock. The water entrance was gradual and good for the kids in our group. The overall feel of the property was dry homey and welcoming.

We have rented vacation houses in other parts of the world for many years, but there is NO other agency we know that works this hard or so successfully to make sure the rental experience is seamless, efficient and happy.

The location of Rough House is unparalleled! It has two wonderful terraces on either side that provide incredible views sweeping downhill over a gorgeous hayfield. In addition to the nearby water, western views also include breathtaking sunsets over the hills and mountains behind Rockport. This house is cozy and warm on a rainy day but thanks to it's abundant windows, catches the breeze to stay cool even in a heatwave. Perfect in every way.

We loved everything about the Gulls. It's on a beautiful spot on the water,. Peaceful and full of life. It is also just a short drive to eatting and shopping . The house had all the provisions you need already there.

The house was amazing. You can't beat the view. It was our first trip to Maine and we loved it. The house was perfect and we enjoyed the large back yard. We really made a lot of great memories during the vacation and enjoyed the quality family time!

The Captain's Cottage is adorable, well-appointed, and in the perfect location for easily strolling around downtown Camden.

We arrived at the front door and knew instantly "this is where we wanted to be" and that feeling was so true the entire two week stay. The children were immediately on the pier, there was a swim before even unoacking. We remained near, upon, and in the water every day and sometimes all day.

On the Water in Maine Inc. is easy to work with and very responsive to the needs of it's customers.

The Jewell is well appointed and spacious. It is ideal for anyone confined to a wheel chair or has limited mobility.

Loved our property for the second year in a row but this time we stayed two weeks and we are glad we did. It is right on the water with a dock and great neighbors.great decks. Love the cozy decor and just the who,e feeling of the place.

Great location, close to Lincolnville Beach and Camden. Fantastic views from the deck, kids liked the access to the Ducktrap river from the property. We took advantage of the tennis court, heated salt water pool and the shuffleboard and pool table. Everything was top notch.

We were totally pleased with the customer service by the On the Water in Maine. From our first inquiry all questions were answered accurately and cheerfully. We made a small service request for the clothes dryer during our stay and it was addressed within a few hours.

This is a lovely cottage with spectacular views of sunsets over the river. The owners have done a wonderful job of providing everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. All the furniture and decorative accessories throughout the cottage are so appropriate and obviously well planned by someone with good taste and an eye for style.

On the Water in Maine was great - no issues, no hassles. Even texted a warning to us when a storm was approaching.
