On the Water in Maine is a very nice helpful group of people.

Lovely home thank you for sharing! The view was spectacular. The close proximity to Rockland was a bonus that we were not expecting. The house was well appointed even for those of us who cook on vacation.

Great location; upstairs deck is great. The accomodations are very comfortable. Love the 2 great restaurants (Shephards Pie and Salt Water Farm) right across the street as well as the Rockport Harbor. While Camden is close it is still a bit of a walk. We took cabs. It might be nice to have 2 old bikes available. I would definitely rent here again.

Mike/Jenn, Thanks for all your help and for taking the time to chat. It was a pleasure and hopefully the Luv Cottage will be around next year to rent! Very homey cottage. Great views down to the bay and wonderful proximity to the pier (just a few steps down the hill) Great neighbors who own are around us - they were very friendly. The cottage has an old time feel, lots of character. We would, and hope to, rent her again. The owner is nice and helpful.

I appreciate the thoroughness of the rental information from the rental agreement to the "Things to do" listing at the cottage. The Guest Book had more than enough information to answer any questions that we had during our stay and it was comforting to know that these answers were at our fingertips, when needed.

Rosehill Cottage is fabulous!! It was clean when we arrived and I could move right in! This is first time I have ever rented and been able to do so! The kitchen has everything you would need with all the "comforts of home". The beds were comfortable for a couple of people who usually don't sleep the first night anywhere! The decor was soothing and hours on the porch with the gentle breeze will be missed. We appreciate the care that went into preparing the home for our visit. We appreciate you opening your home to us. The thought and care that you put into furnishing every room did not go unnoticed. We have never had such a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Thank you for your hospitality.

Thank you very much for allowing us to spend a relaxing week with our family in your little slice of heaven - we really enjoyed it! Your love for the property really shows! The cottage was very nicely decorated with a beachy theme. The air chair on the porch was a much coveted spot to sit by all our family members. My son (14 years old) loved the loft! The cottage, it's location and amenities exceeded my expectations! It was the cleanest vacation property we've ever rented!

We thoroughly enjoyed Nimaha and look forward to returning next year.
