It was wonderful!

The house decorations and the dock were my favorite features

I had a very positive overall experience. Paige and Megan were of great help. Paige helped me navigate the payment system flawlessly. Megan was right there when I had difficulty opening the door upon our arrival. The team was A+

The stay was excellent. We had a great time. The house was super clean, the amenities were great. We brought things that already provided which is a good. Fishing in Lermond pond was great. The gas fire place warmed up the cool nights and the grill was a huge plus. All in all it was great vacation. The upper bedroom view was exceptional, night and day. One area of concern to pass along to the owners. The front step up into the house is very high and a bit tilted down to the right. Possibly a handle placed next to the door in order to grab a hold stepping up and in. My 78 Y.O. Mother in law had only that concern. Thanks again.

The Lake was lovely and peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed the windows/view across the front of the cottage.

Very efficient and easy to work with the team. The online tools like e-signature, etc. makes the process so much simpler. We had an issue with a smoke alarm that was beeping and had to have some of the team come to the property. They were incredibly freindly and good humored, in spite of the fact that it took a long time to determine the issue. The smoke alarm that was beeping (low battery) had been placed in a dresser drawer! They laughed it off and didn't make us feel like we had wasted their time. Great customer service.

Absolutely fell in love with the property. It was the perfect size for us and we loved the layout and decor. It was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked....important as my bf is a chef, so we cooked a lot. The access to the lake was fantastic and it was peaceful and quiet. The only thing I would change is the trees started to shade the dock around 3pm. So, we couldn't sunbathe after that time. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to have access to the sun after that time. Overall, I would give this property an A+. Just fantastic!

The On the Water team was very professional, friendly, informative, and easy to deal with. When we reported there was no hot water on the second day of our stay, your staff member responded quickly to rectify the problem

Schooner View was immaculate and the view of the harbor was spectacular. Overall we were very pleased with our rental. It was well appointed and provided everything we needed and more for our stay.

I had an wonderful experience working with the On the Water in Maine team, especially Meg.

Our favorite feature of our place was the easy access to the pond and how nicely furnished our cabin was. It was nice to open cabinets and find just what we needed.

We had an amazing week at Nokomis cottage. The home is comfortable and well appointed, and absolutely beautiful. Our favorite part was the ocean view and feeling of complete relaxation.

The beauty of Norton Pond

I found it very easy and hassle free working with On the Water in Maine. It was a completely hassle free vacation! We normally like to stay in hotels so I dont have to be too concerned about cleanups and cooking etc. My husband was not comfortable with a hotel stay given the state of the pandemic so I was able to convince him to take this vacation at the house. I loved having the option to BBQ at the house or go out to dinner in town. It was the best of both worlds! I loved the ability to have kayaks delivered and at our fingertips whenever we wanted to use them! It was overall just a great experience and such a welcomed experience after an incredibly difficult 16 months.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Rips View. I packed so many things trying to be Super Mom and cover anything we might need while at the house and when I got there the house was fully stocked with everything we could have ever needed. It was AMAZING! The property was perfect! The home had plenty of space to spread out. Loved the yard and the ability to cook lobsters and eat outside/ The access to the water was amazing. Protected space for novice layers not needing to be exposed directly to the open ocean and close to hiking on some of the conservation lands! The house also was just fully stocked with anything we could have needed for our stay!

I love OWM. They are always so willing to help!

The oceanfront access and view are incomparable. They simply can not be beat!

Very nice home. Comfortable. Morning noise from the shipyard where they were sandblasting the hull of a ship was louder than we expected for 3 out of the five days. Noise stopped by 2 pm. Gorgeous view from deck.

On the Water is THE most "together" agency we have ever encountered. Everything is thoughtfully planned and anticipated for a great rental experience. The personal contact and follow-up made our stay even better.

It was only a few steps from the cottage to the fire pit and the high tide coming up to the firepit meant we had to do very little to get the most enjoyment from this very pleasant and private cottage. Fires on the beach at sunset were our favorite part of the day!

Our stay was terrific. We liked the property very much in every way.

On The Water staff are efficient and thorough. Whenever we have had an issue in an OTW property (which has been rare), it has been resolved satisfactorily.

This was our third stay at Piper Cove and we always find it perfectly suitable for just the two of us. All amenities are provided and the cleaners do a decent job of preparing the property for our visit. The favorite thing about this property is its location -- proximity to the water and an outstanding view.

I always got a response to my emails, however getting a live person on the phone proved to be more difficult. As someone who prefers email, I was okay with that, but in a couple of boilerplate emails/ correspondence, it stated I needed to speak to someone personally, so there was a little frustration as I was concerned there would be complications with the rental, not being able to get someone on the phone. That being said, the communication I had via email was enough. It was also very pleasant. The representatives are helpful, kind and friendly.

This was one of our top vacations. Very relaxing! The deck view was by far our favorite feature! I dont think Ive ever taken so many pictures on a vacation. Ive had people tell me that some of the pictures look like they are from a magazine. That is how picturesque the view from the deck and surrounding areas are. This is also the first time that we agreed that a second stay at a rental will be needed!
