This is the second time I have used On the Water in Maine and both times have been totally satisfied. You are very organized and professional.

I can't say enough about the property On the Rocks. It had breathtaking views and was such a peaceful place to stay. I loved that the house has remained the same with the interior. My mom who passed away three years a go would have loved this home. I felt such at peace in this home that I can't explain. I will definitely be renting this home again.

Very easy to get a hold of someone for any reason at all. On the Water in Maine were very helpful and provided all necessary information.

Great location, close to the beach. The kids had fun throwing rocks in the water, a small, friendly community. Even the basketballs are supplied in the park! Lots of cookware supplied, even plastic containers to store leftovers. The rooms are setup it what seems to be the attic. Although it is quite cute to see the roof beams, it also means the wall do not go all the way up to the ceiling. So if one person has the light on in their room, the others also see it. It wasn't very convenient in our case as we were travelling with a teenager and some younger children. Also meant the baby disturbed everyone else when he woke up at night. Everything else exceeded our expectations, that is the only downside to our stay.

Appreciated the professional way everything was handled by On the Water in Maine. You anticipated any questions we may have had.

Loved our house. Loved the balcony that spanned the length of the house. Beautiful view of the lake. Everything about the house made us feel at home.

Overall, the rental process was very easy, and we feel like we got a great value and would recommend this cottage to others.

We stayed in With thee by the sea, and had a terrific experience! The house was warm and charming, and CLEAN! Every need for a renter was thought of in advance, and the accommodations were comfortable and the view was amazing!

Very simple and easy to work with On the Water in Maine!

A very relaxing cottage, with beautiful landscaping. Very welcoming. The spacious living room and screened in porch provide plenty of places to relax, safe from bugs and weather. We love that our children can explore the lovely little town. We like sitting on the dock at sunset.

Very well organized clear instructions makes makes things very easy for both the renter and the property owner.

A really great house and property. It is more of a three bedroom versus four bedroom house . The view is tremendous.

We had an absolutely perfect week at Juniper Bank. The lupines were in bloom and every day was clear and sunny. We loved the views from the house - the best of all the rentals we've had - and the easy access to the water was a big plus. We spent hours hunting sea glass as we watched the lobster boats motor to and from Owls Head harbor, just around the bend. The house itself is beautifully decorated and the rooms are bright and sunny. We also enjoyed all of the original artwork on the walls.

We had a very pleasant experience with On the Water in Maine - we had everything spelled out for us so there were no surprises when we got there.

The Lincoln Lookout was amazing from the moment we stepped into the house we felt at home. It was so well kept and had with everything we needed. The views wow amazing.

The staff was very efficient in dealing with our reservations, providing directions and instructions, and helping when we wanted to modify our departure date so we could stay a few extra days.

MaryLea Cottage is a wonderful home and property. The location is idyllic, with beautiful views of Rockport Harbor, and it is right next to the walking trail along Beauchamp Point. The house is rustic and is filled with music-loving family history. It has a comfortable dining room, a living room with a picture window overlooking the harbor and a wraparound porch, including a screened-in part where we ate dinner by candelight most evenings. We loved the camp-style pathways leading down to the boathouse deck where we watched the sailboats go by. We feel fortunate to have had the chance to stay in such a beautiful place. The downstairs bedroom suite felt a little "damp" one evening when the humidity was very high - otherwise everything was quite comfortable.

Our experience with On the Water in Maine was so pleasant. You made everything so easy and enjoyable. The directions took us directly to our cabin. We did not want to leave.

This place is heaven on earth. Absolutely the most peaceful place we have ever been. All you can hear is nature. The view from the window is beautiful. We loved everything about this place. We caught fish right from our pier and also could swim in the clean, clear water.

Views are fantastic. "Beach" very nice for just sitting and also searching for seaglass.

Staff was friendly and easy to work with. Helped us with a minor reservation issue at the last minute. Would definitely recommend them. :)

The house was beautiful and well maintained. Having access to the water with the peddle boat and swimming docks was a plus! I just wish it was a little closer to town. Otherwise we loved it! Thank you!

On the Water in Maine answered every question I had which made our decision making easier.

The On Hobbs Pond was exactly what we were looking for. It met all of our expectations. When we arrived it was super clean and had that log cabiny smell. The cottage was equipped with things I never thought we needed but turns out we did. The dock and the fire pit were our favorite features and it was where we spent most of our time.

On the Water in Maine staff was very helpful and communicative.

The home fit our needs in quality, space and amendities . We had an entire week of sunshine which we enjoyed on both decks. Since we live here in Maine and don't need to see the sights, this is a week of quiet times, reading, family reconnecting, etc. this home offered us the space for all of that.

Very thorough and accommodating.

Location was the primary reason I chose this cottage. Having read the details I was aware of what is provided. If I were to rent in the area longer I would require a rental with a washer & dryer. It is cozy and has an excellent "fireplace" stove which takes the chill off quickly and a generous supply of instant hot water.. Water pressure is good throughout. Wireless is strong and worked well. TV cable service good. We enjoyed the horseshoe space and game.

Renting this house couldn't have been an easier process. This is my 3rd year to come to Maine for vacation and this was the best yet! Thanks On the Water in Maine!

Working with On the Water in Maine Inc. was great. They were easy to contact and very accommodating.

We had a dream vacation in Bayside. Midcoast Maine and Bayside were beautiful, rustic, scenic and charming. A repeat for sure!

As always you guys have done a great job prepping the house for us and putting a house out there that is a perfect home away from home. The book of what to do while in town was a nice surprise.

Absolutely loved the view! Watched ships come in and out for hours! Landscaping was very nice. Everything was so CLEAN. It felt like a hotel but better! Loved that a fresh sponge was set out and there was soap in each bathroom. Our five year old could use the bathroom as soon as we got there! Awesome!
