As always - it was easy and wonderful.

This property had some of the most stunning views - meals and reading on the porch were just magical while watching the tides come in and out on Highins Beach. Just wonderful. And that's not even mentioning the grounds and Strawberry Beach - a private and beautiful place. Magic.

On the water were very professional and pleasant to deal with and gave us lots of information ahead of our stay. The whole booking process was simple and easy. We would definitely recommend.

We rented Blue Heron Cottage for a week in July 2017 and the whole family thought it was absolutely amazing. The views from the deck were spectacular and the house itself had everything we needed. The setting was one of the most idyllic imaginable. We couldn't be happier.

Super experience, all were very helpful and polite, quick response to any questions.

The property was lovely, beautiful setting, great beach and gorgeous views. Super location with quick access to Rockland and all it has to offer. Only wish we had more time to enjoy this property.

The Periwinkle Cottage is a well equipped, peaceful and enjoyable place to experience a relaxing vacation in the Penobscot Bay area. The shore road is a great place to walk, and you get to see both the moon and sun rise over the water if the time is right. We really enjoyed our stay!

The agency is very accomodating and very professional.

The property was beautiful and neighbors were friendly. You can't beat the back yard and the ocean views. It was a charming property.

This property was extremely clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The furnishings were new and the decor was perfect for Maine. We felt as though we were in a LlBean catalog! Out favorite part was the back deck and view!

We loved this place with its beautiful floating dock and perfect view of the lake. The house, though small, is beautiful and comfortable.

On the Water is great to deal with. We had a couple of special requests that were accommodated without a problem.

The Blueberry Hill Cottage was perfect! Close to everything but very secluded as well. The views and beaches made us not want to ever leave the property.

I have been renting properties in Mid Coast Maine for many years through On The Water in Maine. This is a top shelf operation with wonderful rental properties and staff. The check in and check out are quick and easy and they provide great directions to the rental property. Thanks for a seamless vacation.

Juniper Banks is a beautiful property with great landscaping, flower gardens and a well built fire pit with plenty of deck and outside seating. There is a mowed path with a rope guide going down to the water where the children searched for sea glass and rocks. It is close to Rockland and numerous restaurants as well as a short walk to the Owls Head Store and Owls Head Light House which we hiked in the early morning with not another person in sight. The living accommodations were spacious and homey with 3 levels,2 separate living rooms, a well equipped kitchen and ocean views from all floors and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. We look forward to returning next year.

I have rented several houses through your agency and have always found you to be very organized and courteous. Last year we rented a house through an agency on Cape Cod and did not have such a positive experience, so I appreciated it even more this year.

This was our 3rd stay at the Cann's Beach House and it was another enjoyable stay. It was hard to leave that beautiful ocean view behind. As always the supply of linens, made up beds and cleanliness were a nice welcome upon our arrival.

Excellent. When I called to get feedback on how the property we were considering would work for our family the person suggested Ginn Point Cottage because it was closer to the beach and had a layout that would work with small children. Even though it was beyond our budget, she worked with the owners to negotiate a rate that worked with our price range. Such a great experience.

Ginn Point Cottage was fantastic. The house was bright and airy and the view was phenomenal. We loved being able to walk right down on to the beach at low tide.

These people are the real deal - the staff at On the Water in Maine. They are willing to spend the time with you to be sure you will be relaxed and happy at their property. A few things needed attention, but they were quickly remedied the night we came in. Justin was friendly, funny, and made sure everything was just right!

The TV was not working, they were considerable missing spices, salt peter pepper, The downstairs toilet wax seal broke, a few things were wrong, but they were fixed quickly

Agency was fine. Cabin was very clean.

Very nice looking cabin. Beautiful, quality construction and woodwork. All the amenities you need, a well stocked kitchen. The description was very clear on what the property offers and that includes the fact that there is no AC. It would be nice to have a unit or two upstairs though - it gets hot and muggy even in Maine :-) Just a great cabin with great views and lake access. I would go again.

Lakewood cottage appears to be recently redone. The layout is open and relaxing. The property is fairly private and quite. A beautiful location.

On the Water in Maine was great to work with. Our dog doesn't fit perfectly into the dog policy, but I was able to speak with someone and they were very accommodating given he is 10 years old and just sleeps all day (I'm not even sure he noticed we were on vacation). Directions for renting, payment, getting to and from the property, check in/out were all very well communicated and easy. Thank you!

The Gulls was perfect for our stay. The cottage was charming and well-equipped. The location was great. It was very easy to get to and from town if we wanted, and secluded and private for when we just wanted to relax and enjoy the view. You can see the water from almost every window in the house, and the deck and dock were lovely. The two sets of sliding doors in the living room made an easy transition from the deck to inside, and allowed for protection from the mosquitoes after the sun went down. It was great to be able to bring the dog and not have to worry about road noise or having neighbors too close by.

We were very comfortable during our stay. As well for my daughter in the smaller cottage. The one thing I found that there wasn't hooks for wet towels in the up stairs bathroom. I ended up hanging damp towels on the chairs up stairs.Our daughter said that the cottage lacked hooks as well. Also in the little cottage, there were a lot of spiders in the bathroom. Finally it would be nice if there was a path from the parking space to the back door. All four of use felt that Deep Cover Cottages were wonderful! Very clean,comfortable, and well stocked. We all were very happy there!!!

This is our 3rd year in this property and it never disappoints. We never tire of the view of the harbor from the deck and we appreciate that the cottage is so well supplied. We enjoy taking a daily walk to see different angles of the harbor and to be able to walk to the restaurants in Rockport village. We hope to return again.
