Excellent professional agency

Beautiful neat house with spectacular view

Easy and convenient.

The house was lovely and the location a close walking distance to Camden for groceries, restaurants, ice cream and shopping. We also loved hiking from the house to Mt. Battie!

The screened-in porch is our favorite place to read and play games.

It was all ready for us. Clean and stocked with items that were both practical and thoughtfully placed - e.g. flashlights, tissues, etc. Kitchen was stocked with anything would need. Loved the post-it notes ~ answered all questions. :-) Guest Books - both the OTW Book and the "what to do while here" binder were great.

OTWIM is a class act in the arena of vacation rentals. Tiffany and Justin know the business well and know how to deliver when it comes to customer service.

We love this house! We love it so much this is our 8th year staying in it. Can't say enough about the gorgeous water views from the deck and lovely private grounds around the property with its own beach. The owner has chosen to upgrade some of the furnishings this year to our surprise, not that the old ones needed it. Love that outside shower and will miss it.

Beautiful home, wonderful property. Caught many good sized stripers right from the dock and nearby using Kayaks. The house is maintained like new and has many extras including a gas grill and lobster pots with an outdoor gas burner for great lobster dinners. The entire area is beautiful for challenging cycling and running. Would highly recommend this property.

Working with the agency was seem less for check in and out. We had no need to communicate at any other time.

The location is simply perfect. The house is a perfect layout. We had grandmom so she was all set up on the first floor and a new born, so the master bedroom was awesome for mom dad and the baby!

Everyone that I talked to, starting with my first enquiry about a rental, has been so friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the e-mails that let me know how things were progressing and what would be happening next. It meant that there were no surprises or worries. This has been a very successful holiday house rental experience. We will certainly call you first when we plan our next holiday.

We had a wonderful stay! Everyone in our family, from age 71 to age 8, loved the house and the grounds. Everything was beautifully maintained and so pretty and comfortable.

The house is spacious with fabulous views of the ocean, yet the property is secluded and private. The pool was such a bonus having a 10 and 12 year old with us, and the path to the beach along with the rocky shore made for great exploring. The house layout was perfect for our family and the master bedroom was quite luxurious.

Easy to work with, and efficient operation.

It's a quiet lovely setting, with access to a rocky granite shore, nice view over the sea to the east and south, and protected from the wind by tall evergreens, mostly spruces. Access to the site on Rackliff Island is via a causeway and private roads. It's a relatively new structure with a modern kitchen, bedroom, and bath on the lower level, also a deck with grill and table with umbrella. The upper level also has a bed, and a comfortable couch with cable TV, and large windows with excellent sea views. A separate bungalow with a double bed and a single bunk is adjacent to the main house, ideal for children or young adults; however there is no bathroom in that structure. As we are an older retired couple, we did not have a use for that part of the arrangement.

On The Water In Maine was so easy to work with -- the information provided in advance made arrival easy, and the check-in and check-out procedures were very straightforward. We had to contact them once after hours about an alarm that went off, and they were helpful and responsive. We were very impressed with every stage in the process!

Ledgelawn was the perfect location for our annual family reunion: spacious enough to accommodate the entire clan, with a well-equipped kitchen for cooking together and a deck that provided a wonderful spot for outside dining. The dock provides easy access to the water for boating or swimming, and the pool was a great option for those among us who were less enamored of very cold ocean water.

Amazing, gorgeous view, quiet, wonderful location on the water, beautiful paint colors and furniture. My family loved the property and enjoyed it immensely.

Our only issue with the rental this summer was not with On The Water in Maine, but the owner wasn't sure she would put it on the rental program this summer and when she did and we requested 2 weeks, one week was later withdrawn as the owner didn't realize she'd allowed renting for the 2nd week, so we had to select a 3rd rental. It was a lot of moving about from one rental to the other.

We have stayed at Weeks End several years in a row and love its location and views. The 2 bedrooms and baths are convenient for 2 couples. The kitchen is well equipped. We also appreciate the flowers in vases when we arrive.

On the Water in Maine answered all of my questions, gave me excellent advice and helped in every way I needed to make the vacation PERFECT. Justin was calm and very easy-going when our dog puked on the carpet. I expected a different response from him and felt so grateful that he not only cleaned up the stain, but that he we understanding of the situation. THANK YOU!!!

The location was perfect for my family. We spent most of our time on the dock and on the water. We loved that the pond didn't have a lot of traffic on it and that everything was so quiet.

The condition of the house exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely spotless. The living areas were open and had great flow so you could all be in the same room, whether you were in the kitchen, dining, or living room. Many large windows allowed us to enjoy the water view from every room, and to allow plenty of sunlight in. The screened in porch is what really sold us. We spent hours and hours there making it our outdoor living room. Since the walkway is also roofed, we could enjoy the outdoor space rain or shine. We cooked most meals at the house during our 2 weeks at Seagate. We had absolutely everything we needed from cookie sheets, to measuring spoons and cups, cheese grater, plenty of pots and pans. We appreciated the owner's thoughtful touches such as the driftwood sculpture outside the kitchen window, flower boxes, the hammock, games, books, grill, you name it. The house is well located between Popham and Reid, a quick ride to Bath, as well as nearby favorites such as Five Island and Osprey Restaurant. Sewell Pond was a great bonus.
