As a repeat customer, we're used to your modus operandi; it's like clockwork. Booking and getting the payments taken care of is easy and you send reminders only when necessary. We like that and you for it. Also like to get your occasional emails about other properties, mostly the "for sale" kind just to daydream. But Compass Rose will always remain our all time favorite.

This is our ninth year at Compass Rose Cottage. Obviously, we love it there. We look forward to "our week" every year. It is a quintessential Maine cottage, white washed floors, walls, scatter rugs, comfy chairs and that wraparound screened porch overlooking our private beach can't be beat. All the modern comforts of home and lots of privacy. Great restaurants and places to poke around--- we love Belfast the most. But just enjoying the screened porch or relaxing on the beach is just fine, too.

All of my experiences past and present a have been good. Have spoken to a couple of the women in the office and all were refreshing to speak with due to the personnel customer service they gave.

My husband and I just loved this place, so homey!! The kitchen is great, but the view from the Gazabo are of the porch is just great all day long. It makes you forget your busy life back home. The one you go back to after this restful and joyous time at this home with family and friends.

This was by far the finest property in which we have stayed in Maine! We have always loved water views and access to the water, but Nakomis Cottage is top of the line. Our favorite features would be the beauty of the house inside and out and the closeness to the water.

We loved this house - our favorite so far of all the houses we have rented through on the water in Maine. My parents actually had NOTHING to complain about, it was truly miraculous! Kitchen was really well stocked, the design was great - we took lots of photos for our planned remodel! Also, the view was so good that even the kayak rental guys commented on it even though they spend all day dropping off kayaks at waterfront homes.

OTW Maine is a first-rate operation, from the booking experience to correcting minor issues with the cottage right away.

This was our second stay at Piper Cove. We returned because the camp is wonderful and the amenities are excellent. Beautiful lake with eagles, loons and views of the Milky Way at night. The cabin is well-appointed and has laundry which is definite plus. The dock on the lake faces south. If you enjoy seclusion with the ability to travel to the coast and Down East, you will enjoy Piper Cove.

OTW staff and website are very user friendly.

Hobbs Pond is simply wonderful. The open layout of the main floor worked well for 7 of us. The beds were comfortable.

When you contact them personally they are very responsive.

Very clean, well landscaped and nice view. Especially like pool and king bed. Kitchen nice but could use better quality lots and pans. Professional ranges need heavier weight cookware. Coffee maker wish for cuisinart brew central!

Working with OTWIM continues to be a breeze because every detail of the rental process has been so thoroughly developed and shared with the renter.

This is our 4th stay at Juniper Bank, so obviously we really love this property and it's location. We love the view, especially from the upstairs living room, and look forward each morning to the departing lobsterman in their boats.
