Everythjng went fine during our stay and we did required any Assistance from the folks at On the Water.

The Sunfish cottage is a very nice cottage in a beautifull, bucolic setting in the deep woods close to Crawford Pond. It has all of the necessities and high speed internet. Theres nothing like an earl morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lake.

We have rented with your company for several years and I also appreciate the prompt and courteous service.

The beautiful view, ample outdoor seating, swim float and included kayaks and canoe kept everyone outside all week long!

Easy to work with, we had no issues so did not need to contact anyone. Bruce stopped by just to make sure all was well, very nice and helpful.

We had an absolutely lovely stay. The cottage is beautifully appointed, we loved every minute of our stay. The windows are so great to just sit and gaze out.

We love A Stones Throw and had a wonderful vacation! The new sofas were great and the property is well-stocked and well-maintained. The views of the harbor are breathtaking and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Rocky point estate was gorgeous! The weather and the views were breathtaking! Instead of several day trips we stayed and enjoyed the property playing family games and exploring the island. Loved the wildlife that visited and loved the cool June breezes

The Easy Lane Cottage was a beautiful house on a small pond. There was a swimming dock which our son really enjoyed. And we did lots of fishing. The house was comfortable and clean.

My husband and I were nervous when we started looking for a vacation homes ideas but after finding On the Water Maine and reading all their reviews and speaking with the wonderful ladies in the office we knew we had made the correct choice. They are all amazing people and answered every question we had.

The house was beautiful and felt like home. Looking out the windows every morning at the amazing view was priceless. Our children loved the amazing open yard and played their hearts out. The floating dock was a great extra addition. This was our 1st family vacation , as we wanted our children to be older ,and from the beginning when I first called to the stay was superior. We have raved to all our friends and family about how impressed and happy we were with everything. This will be somewhere we are planning on doing every year.

We really cant say enough about the most perfect views from this house. Everything about the property was stunning. Plenty of room for our family inside and out. We have traveled every year with family but have never found views as perfect as these. The property was centrally located within driving to lots of shopping, restaurants, and site seeing.

I have confidence every time we stay at a home through on the water. I think weve been renting every year for about ten years. I know if there is an issue it will be promptly resolved. Both locations that we have stayed at multiple times are well maintained and equipped. Wonderfully attentive staff and owners.

Great location! near the Beach, harbor and easy walk to town. Across from the public launch for boats. Easy access to put kayaks in.

Very helpful and informative , instructions and information given well in advance , easy to contact if needed .

Secluded location , complete privacy with amazing views over the bay.The cottage is light and airy ,very well equipped and well maintained .It was just as described on the web site . We went to relax and spent hours watching the tides , the sunsets and the wildlife .

The place was amazing! We loved the natural modern style of the home. Having access to the water through the dock and little path was a dream.

Pretty seamless and straightforward.

We really enjoyed our Belfast Village house - everything was very clean, kitchen well stocked with everything you could need, comfortable beds and couches. Great location - enjoyed walks around the town and across the bay to pick up seafood at Young's. Enjoyed watching the Belfast Senior Prom goers, and the Belfast Pride festival, basically from our front porch!

The house was beautiful and more than big enough for our group. We loved the open feel of the house and how we never felt like we were anywhere near being on top of each other.

I can tell On the Water in Maine has fine tuned the vacation rental experience. They are excellent at communicating with renters and very responsive to questions. I also appreciate the minimum items list they expect a home owner to provide. I wish all companies were like this!

The location is wonderful. The house had a beautiful view of the lake and is close to town for activities. The house itself is well kept, clean and has plenty of what you'd need on vacation.

Checking in and out was easy. The list on their website of what was provided by the owner was helpful. We had no problems at the house, so we had no reason to contact the agency during our stay.

The house was very comfortable, clean, and nicely landscaped. We loved sitting on the deck looking out over the water. The sunrises were amazing - photos cant do them justice. Three bedrooms and two baths gave everyone privacy, and the rest of the house had enough seating and space for family time. We would definitely return to Lincoln Lookout

I have comminicated mostly with Paige, but every person I have spoken with has been professional and good natured. I also get the sense that you all work together as an effective team.

My wife and I have vacationed at a number of waterfront properties and A Stone's Throw is by far the best. The harbor views from the spacious deck are spectacular, and the beautifully landscaped grounds are secluded and serenely pastoral. The house is huge and combines an "open to the outdoors" feel with lots of private spaces.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Port of Call. The property was spacious, clean and included all of the amenities we needed for a relaxing coastal Maine vacation. The views from the living room and bedroom were top notch, and the deck off the back of the house was great for reading, enjoying meals and lounging through the day. The proximity to Rockland was a definite plus, and we enjoyed being so close to great restaurants (especially Primo!), shopping, and museums.
