As always On the Water provides excellent service.

Again a wonderful stay. This is the perfect house for our family. The view is outstanding and even though our week was mostly fogged in, we had plenty of space to play board games and do puzzles.

Working with On the Water in Maine was a very positive experience. Paige was extremely helpful with planning our trip and answering questions as they came up. She was always just a phone call away-practically day or night.

The vacation house on Stover's Cove in Harpswell was a gem for all 8 adults and one very energetic and nature loving 3 year old. The house itself presented a very clean, updated open floor plan with well equipped kitchen flowing into the main living room area, large adjoining deck and glass/screened in sunroom. All provided beautiful water views for our family to enjoy together while we were eating meals, board game playing by the glow of the gas fire place on a cool night, star gazing, or catching a favorite movie on the new big screen TV. The new Weber grill on deck was a hit with the grill master among our group! The generously sized and comfortably furnished 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for our large group. The young family with the 3 year old utilized the bedroom in the media room which gave them access to the large fenced in yard for early morning exploring. We enjoyed the views from the master bedroom suite with its own deck for not only beautiful sunrises but passing lobster boats, sailboats and star gazing. The skylight window above the bed gave additional starry night views. Easy access to the pebbly beach allowed our family to all try our hand at fishing and kayaking. The cove is perfect for both beginner and experienced kayakers with additional views of the area. We also took full advantage of the easily accessed hiking trails and preserves within short driving distance. The Giant Stairs was the most impressive of the trails we hiked. We spent half a day at Pott's Point investigating the tidal pools and beaches followed by lobster rolls at Este's restaurant. Don't miss a meal or two (or three) out at Erica's lobster shack. Lobsters come in right off the boat, and Tom is a trip.

This house has one of the best and most relaxing views I have encountered in a vacation property. It's a small house, but it's perfect for a few people, especially a family with children. It's a smart house in terms of how it's configured and laid out. We will be back.

When we checked in we noticed a few minor issues and contacted you at 4:30 on a Saturday. We spoke to Meg and she was at the house within 45 minutes and fixed the problems. She also helped us (the old folks) navigate the electronics (TV, netflix, DVD) as our grandkids weren't coming until the next day. Paige and Meg are very professional and extremely helpful

A great lakeside house with lots of space. We took our son and his family with us and we were worried that we would be cramped and on top of each other. But the 3 floors in this house were ideal, as the kids were in the loft, our son and daughter-in-law in the lower level and we were on the main floor. We also spent lots of time on the screened in porch. The grandkids had a great time on the lake and we were so glad that we rented a kayak and a paddle board.

Paige was incredible from the first day we talked! She gave us multiple options and accommodated to our budget. Even though you don't see anyone from the company (ever), they are on top of everything! They where very responsive to questions and concerns that we had and responded very fast when we had an issue.

The house was amazing! Everything about it was perfect! Let's start by the kitchen. Very well equipped with high-end appliances. A lot of variety in pots and pans as well as a nice sized sink and excellent dishwasher. The master bedroom is beautiful with a beautiful porch. The rooms at the top level are very comfortable with large closet space. Also, washer and dryer are excellent!

Everything has always gone well with OTWIM during the rental process and arrival and departure.

We have rented Camden Casa for the last 4 years and another rental with you before that, Weeks End. We have had our daughters and their families, our grandchildren here as well and they and we, love everything about it. It is very comfortable and child friendly with gorgeous views of the bay, islands, tall ships, lobster boats, gulls, osprey. We love listening to the waves as the tides flow, the bouys clanging and the rustling of the trees.

You all have been wonderful and responsive! Appreciate that!

This house belonged to my best friend growing up so it was really nice to be in the home as it brought back a lot of great memories!

On the water in Maine were very helpful. When internet went out it was handled quickly and this year ( weve been here 3 yrs) we got a new mattress !!! Hooray!!!

We love it here! The location the neighbors the dock the layout of the wonderful house. The cleaning gals were terrific.

Lovely place. Very well equipped. The porch and the view of the Bay is my favorite. There should be steps to back doors. Very hard to manipulate for older people.

The location makes this house, it's all about the view of the bay and the backyard opening up onto the bay. Very nice and enjoyable to enjoy mornings and evenings with this view and experience. Really enjoyed the Round Pound area, with local businesses, coffee, diner, lobster on the dock, kayak equipment rental, really made the stay great

Beautiful panoramic views and very quiet.

Check in and check out procedure was seamless. Directions to the property were sent as stated one month before occupancy and easy to follow.

Lovely maintained property with stunning gardens. The very well equipped kitchen made the family cooks happy. Our favorite experience was having morning coffee on the back deck. What a glorious view of the St George. The dock allowed access for kayaking. The front yard had plenty of room for a rowdy croquet game ( in the rain no less). Comfortable beds and newly redone bathrooms ... greatly appreciated.

Such a beautiful cottage! The view of the beach and the morning sunrise was spectacular. We had a wonderful time and plan to return next summer.

Our experience working with On the Water Maine was very positive. They helped us locate the property and were very responsive to our questions.

Very beautiful and quiet location. The cottage itself was rustic, as expected. With respect to improvements, the TV did not work, the lamp in the center of the living area did not work because the light socket did not work, the lighting in general was too low, and the doors to most rooms did not close all the way. That said, these limitation did not have a great impact on our enjoyment of the property.

Everyone from the agency was terrific. They were instantly responsive, always helpful, friendly and polite. We had a small issue with water pressure (which resolved by itself) but they were ready to swing into action even at 10pm on a Sunday night. Very much appreciated!

Periwinkle Cottage was gorgeous. There are lots of different spaces to sit, so kids can play videogames on the TV and adults can read books without bothering each other. The deck has a lovely view and the smell of the ocean was intoxicating.

This is an outstanding vacation rental. I hesitate to write the review because it may make a return very difficult. I have never rented a property that was as completely equipped as this. Everything that one might want or need was available in the house including washer/dryer/wifi/firepit/gas grill. It had spectacular unobstructed views of Penobscot Bay from the east facing windows and from the second floor porch. There was plenty of comfortable seating including rockers, Adirondack chairs, and a table seating for four or more. A right-of-way access to the beach area was available. We watched seals, loons, and various boating activity from the porch. The property was quiet and centrally located for visits to shore resorts including Camden and Acadia.

Kelsey started the fabulous vacation. I called and spoke with her about a year before our trip and described my family and what we have enjoyed about previous vacations. She took my description and recommended about 4 properties for me to consider. Since I was totally unfamiliar with the area, her advice was invaluable. I believe we would have been totally happy with either of the top 2 properties I ranked from her list.

This property was perfect for my family! We loved fishing, riding the canoe and kayaks and relaxing. The close proximity to Camden was wonderful for us, too.

We had a few issues, including the PIN code for the door being incorrect and your agency was great about solving them - even on a Saturday!

We loved the view! Every afternoon was spent out front reading and just relaxing and watching the ferry go by. We had a power outage and the fact there was a generator was fantastic! It even got so cold we needed to turn on the fireplace. Overall it was an amazing stay.
