Great summer rental home. The owners clearly have an eye for decor and "little things" needed. From cookware/utensils to make a gourmet meal, to reading lamps over the sofa/chairs. Definitely a home away from home.

We have rented houses from On the Water in Maine many times and have always been impressed with the service.

Ginn Point Cottage is a very comfortable house. The view can't be beat and easy access to the beach is wonderful. We brought kayaks and launched them right in front of the house. We enjoyed cooking lobsters several times at the house and the lobster pot outside is very convenient. It was very hard to leave such a wonderful place

The agency was very helpful when we called for assistance with lightning and linens. When the garbage disposal started to leak I phoned the after hours line and it was answered immediately. A plumber came the first thing the following morning and put in a new disposal. He was friendly and thorough. Very impressive!

As always we were impressed with the accommodations through On the Water in Maine. We love the view and also love seeing the working harbor. The neighbors are friendly.

This property was the perfect vacation rental for our family! It was big enough that we could all stay under the same roof but still have our own space. The downstairs game room with the ping pong table was one of our favorite places to spend time together, unless we were outside. The outdoor space was incredibly peaceful and beautiful- sitting on the dock listening to the loons was one of my favorite activities during our stay! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice peaceful week away from it all!

We really enjoyed our stay at Loons Nest, it was the perfect combination of house and lake that we have found over our 3 years of renting a lake house in the area. The house was very comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the screened in porch was awesome!

The staff at OTW were all top notch. They were all very knowledgeable and wanted their customers to have the best possible experience. They were always very quick to respond to my emails or calls and very polite.

Candy's Cove Cottage was phenomenal. The views were breathtaking, the layout of the house was perfect, the property was quiet and secluded. It felt like we were on our own island.

We love Marylea Cottage. It's a beautiful, rustic home with beautiful views of Rockport Harbor, nice outdoor spaces, and access to the shoreline.

Great house in an excellent location. Beautiful sunrises over the lake every morning can be seen right from the porch. The house has a nice dock in a quiet cove that is great for swimming.

Working with On the Water in Maine could not have been easier. The property was just as expected, and was fantastic. The pre-arrival notifications answered all our questions and made getting into the house simple. Checking out was also easy. We loved our trip to Maine and are looking forward to coming back. We loved Hillcrest House. The Bayside community and the Hillcrest porch were our favorite attributes of the rental property.

This is our third year staying at Deep Cove Cottages and once again it was wonderful. The new sun room and balcony were great additions to the property and we enjoyed using them! The cottage is so private and quiet and makes for a relaxing vacation. It is also located very close to Port Clyde (great ice cream shop!), Marshall Point Lighthouse and Drift Inn beach. Rockland is a short drive with great shopping, galleries and restaurants (Home Kitchen Cafe is a favorite). We so enjoyed our time at the cottages and will definitely return!

One of the easiest online experiences for booking a cottage. The instructions were thorough and easy to understand as were the tips. Did not have any personal contact except for check in and that was brief.

Loved the cottage. The view of the harbor and boats from the porch and living room was surreal. The cottage was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. The home is well maintained and shows that the owners take pride in ownership. We also loved the quiet location and the easy walk into Rockland. There is so much to do close by but we really enjoyed the Owls Head lighthouse state park. Our biggest day trip was to Acadia and Bar Harbor. Very enjoyable but it was nice to return to our quiet little area. Would highly recommend this cottage.

We've rented through OTWIN on 6 occasions with only minor issues at the properties and those issues were quickly resolved. We will continue to rent through OTWIM and recommed the same to others.

Well furnished, beautiful view, nice yard for the kids to play in. We liked that the Owl's Head lighthouse was a short walk away.

The folks at On the Water in Maine were very accommodating and easy to work with. All policies were very clearly spelled out.

Love the location of this cottage. The outdoor fire pit area was very relaxing and was used as often as we were able to. Also loved the long front porch. The cottage had everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

We have rented from On The Water for many years and have always found the staff to be very responsive and helpful on the rare occasion we've had any issues. With the "minimum requirement" list for any of the properties, you can plan your stay and pretty much know what to bring with you and what to leave at home. We highly recommend working with On The Water for your vacation needs.

We enjoyed our stay at Piper Cove. The house was perfect for the two of us -- very clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The view of the lake can't be beat. The dock is handy, with a ladder over the side; this allowed us to easily get in and out of the canoe for as much fishing as we could get in! The fishing was pretty good and for the first time in many, many years of loon watching we got to see a loon on the nest and the next day, the parents swam by with two tiny, just-hatched chicks bobbing in the waves. It is an easy drive to Belfast or Camden.

This was our second time using your agency, and we could not be happier or more satisfied. Everyone we dealt with at "On the Water" was very personable and professional. Sara Allenwood was our sales representative, and went out of her way to meet our needs. When we travel, our four dogs travel with us, and Sara took the time to speak with property owners to find some who would accept the dogs, as well as the property meeting our needs.

We loved the house. I was very comfortable, clean, the floor plan had a nice easy flow to it, and the views out of the living room and master bedroom were incredible. The size of the yard was perfect since we had our two grandsons and dogs with us - there was plenty of room for them to run and play. The location of the house was also a plus - a very nice, quiet street. The only suggestion I would make is the washing machine needs to be leveled. It "danced" across the floor while being used, especially during the spin cycles.

Staff are very good. They are easy to work with and know the properties well.

93 Chestnut is a charming old Camden house. The location is the best as it is an easy walk into town for shopping and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the front porch, and our granddaughter enjoyed the mostly fenced in back yard. We cooked most of our dinners in and ate in the comfortable dining room. I thought the house was a very good value.
