Excellent customer service

The porch was fantastic. We lived on it.

The people at On the Water were extremely helpful. Our plans changed and they were very accomodating and so friendly and helpful, even when I needed to call multiple times with questions before our stay.

A.C. Hopkins is beautifully restored--really lovely, comfortable, and light. Sweet touches everywhere from bathroom tiles to woodwork to artwork, including many by the owner. I especially appreciated the master bedroom, which is spacious and light with a view of the ocean.

Kelsey is awesome! She was easy to work with and helped to assure that our stay was perfect. Problems with the door code, water pressure, and a fire alarm that went off all week. Kelsey and Justin were great at handling this issues for us. five stars to them for great customer service.

We had an excellent week with family at On Hobbs Pond. The cabin was well suited for our needs.

Lakeside Lily was a perfect house. This our third house rented on Coleman Pond and the best. It had plenty of sleeping room and very comfortable beds and pillows. the kitchen is well stocked with appliances and a refrigerator with ice making. The porch has a screened room which makes it ideal to sit out anytime of the day. Plenty of fans needed. The house is a very comfortable house that is well maintained.

Little Moxie Cove is a gem - the setting is picturesque and private and the house is lovely, spacious and comfortable. Games of horseshoe, sitting on the deck both day and evenings. The moon's reflection glistening on the ocean.. Really magical.

We've rented from On the Water in Maine several times and will continue to rent through them for years to come. They are very professional and communicate clearly with their customers. The properties have always been as-advertised, with all of the amenities that one needs to enjoy themselves during their stay. The few minor issues that we've had at properties over the years were quickly resolved.

Beautiful little cottage, perfect for our family of 4. We loved having the beach right out the front door and the view was fantastic. We enjoyed having meals on the deck and listening to the waves at night. We knew that we loved the Owl's Head area from prior visits and this location was perfect for us.

Rip's View is the perfect relaxation spot, the house is spacious, clean and was perfect for our entire family! The view of the water, the dock, yard are all amazing and such a short distance to town. We will definitely return to this exact vacation spot and rental again, so many wonderful memories made!!

Easy check in and check out, high level of preparation and communication, friendly when we had to call with questions and kind though my four year old broke a glass.

We loved the hot tub. The incredible design of the house, its beautiful concrete and warm wood juxtaposition, the amazing temperature regulation via fan and windows due to its incredible design (we are from Georgia and worried we would be hot without AC, but it was incredible!), tons of space, comfortable furniture and beds, spacious closets for storage, beautiful yard and proximity to water.

Each time we contacted your office, from our initial inquiry to the morning of checkout, we had a very positive experience. Everyone we spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. You have a great team of people who want clients to have the best vacation possible.

Owls Head Guest Suite is a beautiful place, decorated with care and furnished with everything needed for guests to feel comfortable. It is just perfect for two people looking to unwind and really relax. So quiet and peaceful.

We just spent a beautiful week at Rip's View with our family. The house was spotless and charmiing in every way and had everything we needed as well as a place to grill and a fire pit for enjoying evenings outside. The dock was a perfect place to fish and we had rented kayaks for the week which were easily accessible. We feel like Rip's View is a little piece of heaven and we look forward to returning.

It was a pleasure working with On the Water in Maine Inc. For me, it was a great experience, and I would not hesitate to book another vacation rental with this agency.

The lovely deck overlooking Rockland harbor was so wonderful! We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning. It provided us with an awesome way to wake up and an amazing start to our day!

I love On the Water in Maine. They are so easy to work with. Our cottage was supposed to have a Kurig coffee maker but when we got there it only had a regular frip pot. Talked to Justin and he delivered a Kurig the next day.

This cottage is in a great location. Nice and quiet but not far from Camden or Rockland. Just what we needed for a relaxing vacation.
